Yes. We provide emergency roof repairs in certain circumstances and conditions. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get our team to your property immediately, but we will assist you in the most timely manner. If your emergency occurs during business hours, simply call us at 905-319-0880 to book a site visit.
Yes. We recommend to install a roofing system and/or provide repairs that adhere to the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and product manufacturers’ recommendations. The OBC specifically address such products as nails, valley flashing, walls, chimney saddles, eave protection, underlay shingles, and starter strips. Manufacturers’ recommendations address the previous and includes surfaced leak barriers, drip edge and ventilation.
Our safety program adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Regulations for Construction Projects. We ensure our workers are trained in utilizing fall protection systems; that we’re employing competent supervisors, and take all precautions to protect workers from danger.
Yes. We are fully insured and WSIB compliant. Our insurance policy covers our business and the homeowners from property damage, injury or death resulting from our services.
During the roof inspection, our team will go onto your roof and examine the area(s) of concern depending on the service you need. After the inspection we will provide you with a paper copy of the results of our inspection. We will also provide you with our recommendations including a quote on the services we will provide.
We are open year round. Most types of roofing services can be done in any season but optimal times are during warmer weather conditions. We avoid doing work during inclement weather and extreme cold conditions. These policies are in place to keep our employees and customers safe.
We install temporary containers to collect old roofing, waste and other materials. We will remove the debris storage containers once our work is complete.
